Our experience with Grove Creek has been nothing short of amazing! We started our journey with a different clinic in a different town and had to leave because we felt we weren’t receiving the proper care we needed. We ended up landing at Grove Creek due to high ratings and excellent reviews, and we have not regretted it in the slightest! The staff have all been so friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve answered all of our questions no matter how complicated, or silly they were. We had some problems during labor and ended up having to have a last minute C-section and they took the best care of us during the procedure, and during the recovery as well. One of the nurses even offered to hold one of our phones and take pictures of us/for us during the operation so we could have some lifetime memories of the moment. We never had to wait for a nurse or for help during the recovery, they’ve been at our beck and call the entire time making sure we are feeling okay and baby was doing good. We ended up having to have our baby transferred to a NICU a short distance away, and Grove Creek was so good with the whole process of transferring baby. They made sure the crew picking up baby was going to bring him by our room so mom could get a chance to tell him goodbye for the small time they would be separated since she was unable to walk at the time and that was very important to us. Overall Grove Creek has been the best thing to happen to us during our pregnancy journey, and will be reccomending them to anyone in Southeast Idaho! THANK YOU GROVE CLINIC!
