I have had 2 births at Grove Creek and both experiences were excellent. All staff members were kind and courteous. They all worked together to make sure we were comfortable and received quality care. Our room was kept clean. We received our meals at consistent times each day. The staff always made sure we had something to drink. There was a drink station so we could get all kinds of drinks and flavored ice chips which were delicious. The price for guest meals were priced well. I received care from 2 different doctors, Dr. Black and Dr. Kindrat, and they were both very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my care and answer any questions I had. All of the nurses were amazing! I can’t say enough about them and their quality care. I unfortunately had to be hospitalized a week after my twins were born because I had post partum pre-eclampsia. I was definitely scared but the nurses made sure I was taken care of. They were always there to support my physical needs but they were also there to support me emotionally and mentally. All of the nurses that helped me were excellent. Jenny, Terra, Aimee, Sierra, Skye, Kaylee, Paola, Krystyn, and Emma were all the nurses that assisted me during my stay when I had my twins. They all took great care of me and my babies. Aimee, Kelcey, Collette, and Jenny took care of me when I had to be hospitalized for post partum pre-eclampsia. The care for post partum pre-eclampsia requires a lot of work from the nurses and they all did so well caring for me. I want to take the time to specifically recognize Aimee. She was there for my birth, post partum pre-eclampsia hospital stay, and helped me with lactation concerns. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and a very good nurse. Her knowledge and experience is what helped me feel safe during my post partum pre-eclampsia treatment. She also helped me so much with breastfeeding. My milk supply dropped tremendously a week after my twins were born. I was struggling to feed both of my babies so I called Amy and she gave me several tips which I was able to implement and they caused my milk supply to go back up. I’ve been able to feed both of my twins again. Thank you to all the amazing nurses at Grove Creek and for all the amazing care you did for me and my babies.
